D&C di Hospital Putrajaya

Assalamualaikum, syukur ke hadrat Ilahi atas kurnia & rezekiNya yang masih panjangkan umur kita di bulan Ramadhan ini dan InsyaAllah Syawal yang akan menjelang.

This is my husband's blog and as i do not have my own, my intention is just to share my story if it could be a guide to those who is facing the same situation.

Selepas 7 minggu kehamilan, berlaku pendarahan dan selepas ke Pusat Bersalin Risiko Rendah Putrajaya, Dr sahkan kehamilan blighted ovum, Kantung ada, tetapi janin tiada. Terkejut..sebab ni kali kedua selepas kali pertama waktu 2012.

Dr beri masa 2 minggu untuk scan semula jika ada keajaiban yang akan berlaku. Lepas je beberapa hari balik hospital, bleeding stop. Hati berbunga2 fikir mungkin pendarahan sementara je. Check Clearblue pun masih +3weeks. 2 minggu tu rasa panjang sangat.

Dah ditakdirkan tiada rezeki kami lagi & selepas scan semula, ditetapkan D&C pada 16 Jun 2017.

700pagi dah perlu sampai ke Daycare ward, Hospital Putrajaya. Selepas tukar baju biru & double dgn baju hijau, nurse terus bawa ke kawasan wad. Ada 3 patient d&c lagi hari yg sama. Seorang pengiring dibenarkan untuk temankan kita.

Dr masukkan ubat dilation & selepas sejam setengah, tunggu ubat jalan..bersedia untuk prep ke dewan bedah. Cuaknye..tawakal sajala.

Nurse & Dr semua sgt friendly. Kita pun cuba senyum seikhlas & buat2 ceria utk hilangkan rasa gelisah. Hospitaliti memang saya bagi 5bintang. Alhamdulillah, rezeki saya.

Dalam dewan bedah, lepas sedut gas & bius melalui tangan, terus tak sedar apa2.Bangun2 dah ada kat kawasan pemulihan. Alhamdulillah. Nurse ada tunjuk jugak kantung yang akan dihantar ke lab.

Nurse akan pastikan kita okay untuk buang air & lepas Dr O&G check semula, boleh balik. Dr beri MC seminggu. Bermula pantang di bulan puasa. Uhuk.

Sangat berpuashati dengan rawatan dan perkhidmatan di Hospital Putrajaya. Dgn bayaran Rm0, grateful & could not ask for more.

Life after relex smile surgery

I did my relex smile at KPJ KL with the price of RM9630.30. I intend to do it at Prof Muhaya's.. i always adore her, her advices and way of life but after deliberately thinking i could save up to 2k, i opt to Dr. Azlina Ng instead.

I'd like to tell my experience after relex smile. On the procedures, there are a lot of blogs u could google.

Right after the surgery (that did not hurt at all only feeling a little pressure), i felt like walking into a silent hill zone, everything is foggy but somehow you could view a little.

I was so excited that on the way home, i could read the signboard and name of buildings. My eyes started to feel pedih (pedih lagi sikit dari kopek bawang). After 3 hours of sleep, the discomfort was
gone.

I timed well when i want to do relex smile. It was done during the last week of December 2016, when office work was low and with 3 days MC received, i was resting and enjoying time with family.

First day of work was a bit challenge, everyone was asking where's your spec? My vision was not sharp, blur and computer screen time is tiring. I increase the font of my computer and dim the light a bit as my way to not stress my eyes. Putting refresh assist a little but a good sleep really helps.

Now i am 3 weeks after relex smile, in dim lighting, like in the office or hotel hall, my vision is still not sharp & HD as wearing spectacle. You can read signage but the colour is not as vibrant as you remember before. During my check up, my power is now 25 where before was 550. Hopefully it will reduce to 20/20 soon :)

I also notice my vision in the morning is not stable as in much blurrier compared to 10 am, where it gradually improves. Drinking a lot of plain water and having a good night sleeps helps for me to avoid my eyes become tired easily.

I am happy with the result of relex smile if i am outdoor because i could see really well. Seeing your daughter with a new perspective without spectacles is also ahmazinggg.

I will write again after 2months of relex smile.

Test

Fuuuu...almost a year already.

Wow..it's been almost a year i didn't write up here. So many things happen in one year.
Kalau sebelum ni (last post) I'm engaged..sekarang dah jadi laki orang..Sometimes I feel like time flying by so fast tanpa kita sedari. Dalam setahun ni banyak benda dah berlaku (yup, already mention it before la bro..)

Everyday brings new challenges. Whoever is not prepared to move with the tide of change will be left behind. That is life. Transition from in relationship to engage..the from engage to married..best tau kawin ni, kalau tahu camni punya best memang dari dulu lagi dah kahwin..hehehe..so for anyone yang belum kawin tu, baik korg kawin cepat2 sebab kawin memang best..bak kata my lovely wife in her memo below:

I'm Engaged!!

It's been a while I didn't post any entry here. Been busy with job n so on..
And guess what...I'm already engaged yo!! With a charming, kind, lovely, sweet, beautiful, gorgeous girl named Nadiah Fatin.

I met her when both of us studying at Mallaca Matriculation College. So, its been 7 nearly 8 years we've been together. On 21st May 2011, I'm engaged with her knowing that she is the best girl I've ever met...

InsyaAllah, this will last forever...

Ferrari World @ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

How can I described about Ferrari World...It's all about ferrari for sure. Nice, luxurious, fast, prestige, expensive...I wish I have one.

Ferrari World is the new attraction and tourist spot in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The amusement park features a number of roller-coaster thrill rides, one of which reaches a velocity of 150 mph, doing its best to immitate the extreme Gs experienced by Formula 1 race car pilots.

The facility is built under a bright-red canopy covering more than 925,000 square feet, with an enormous Ferrari logo emblazoned on the roof. The park commemorates the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, the last event of the 2010 world championship series.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

During my stay at Abu Dhabi, I had the chance to take a very interesting and informative tour of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque here in Abu Dhabi. It’s a free tour, so I highly recommend it when you come to visit Abu Dhabi.

It’s definitely an impressive and big mosque It’s currently listed as the 8th largest in the world, according to this blog, and it can hold 40,000 to 50,000 people (some of whom arrive 2+ hours early for Fridays prayer.

Somehow, the configuration of the stones in the middle courtyard makes them cool despite being directly in the sun on a 100 F degree day. Apparently it’s because they’re fairly small and white, but it’s hard to believe when you take off your shoes and step on it.

Each dome is topped with real gold, which is part of the reason the cost is so far estimated at $545 million. The Mosque is home to the world’s largest carpet (handmade by over 1,000 people in Iran) and the world’s largest chandelier (made in Germany) and cost around AED 30 million.

The wall also has an interesting glow that subtly moves from vine to vine, creating a cool effect if you’re paying attention. The Mosque is lit with different colors at night depending on the phase of the moon .

Apparently every mosque has an area like this which used to allow the prayers to echo more. Today, they just use microphones, which is good because the calls to prayer done at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque are transmitted to all mosques in Abu Dhabi (over 1,000 mosques).
I really liked this side room to the main prayer room.

Overall, I really love Sheikh Zayed Mosque and it is a must-visit place for those who planning to visit Abu Dhabi.

Half day trip to Dubai

Last weekend, I had a chance to visit Dubai which become as one of the world's top tourist destinations. It takes about 2 hours to get there by car from Abu Dhabi.Although its just a half day visit, but definitely its worth a visit.

My first stop is nothing else than the famous Burj Al-Arab hotel which located at Madinat Jumeirah. Burj is an Arabic word thatmeans tower. Burj Al-Arab which is self-proclaimed as the only 7 star hotel in the world is nothing else than just a hotel. Entryto the hotel requires a reservation which will be confirmed at the entry gate. I will have to pay about DHS 200 just to get into the lobby, look around and have a cup of tea. You must make a reservations a month in advance for a room.I dunno what is so special with this hotel since I'm not able to enter the hotel. But, one thing for sure, it is extremely expensive. A friend of mine told me that the cost of a hotel room is mere DHS 50000 per night. WTF!!

My next destination is Al Safa Park, which is one of the oldest park in Dubai. The entrance fee is Dhs 3 per pax. Al Safa Park is a favourite placefor sports lover where you can jogging, playing tennis, rowing, and even barbeques and picnic area are available here.The park is packed with people when it comes to weekend. They gathered and have barbeques here.

My journey continue as I'm heading to Dubai Mall as my last destination in Dubai. The only thing here that I'm attracted to is the Burj Khalifa or Burj Dubai which is the world's tallest structure by a long shot. This 828 metres tower has 160 floors, over 300m taller than the previous contender, Taipei 101. The observation deck at the 124th floor is also said as the world's highest observatin terrace in the world. I'm thrilled by a high speed journey in one of the world's fastest elevators. It takes only a minute (I set a stopwatch using my watch) to get up to 124th floor from the ground floor. At The Top, that is the name of the observatory floor at Burj Khalifa. You can experience 360 degree sweeping views from here.You can take a closer look at the world below through avant-garde, high powered telescopes. I'm amazed with the features of the telescopes, it can show you the view day and night and also before and after constructions.BTW, the tickets cost DHS 100 for a timed entry, or DHS 400 if you don't want to wait.
Other attraction in Dubai Mall is definitely The Dubai Fountain. At 900 feet in length and and jet that shoots water up to 500 feet, the Dubai Fountain is indeed the world's largest dancing fountain and one with a very wonderful display (you must see this by yourself when you visit Dubai).
